Orbital welding is a process in which the welding arc travels continuously around the workpiece, usually a pipe, through an angle of at least 360 degrees. Once the welding head has been mounted and the parameters set, the welding procedure is fully automated. The process enables precise root-bead formation by introducing shielding gas into the pipe bore and produces an almost perfectly smooth weld face. As a result, the welds require no additional finishing while meeting the highest technological standards. We use professional Orbimatic TIG orbital tube welding equipment, which enables us to achieve the highest technological standards and consistently high-quality results.

We use proven equipment for visual inspections, including endoscopes and video endoscopes. These devices allow us to inspect installations with diameters starting from 20 mm and access lengths of up to approximately 20 metres. They enable us to detect defects inside pipelines and record inspection results in the form of photographs or video footage. Visual inspections are used across almost all sectors of the economy, from the energy and defence industries to the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. They can be applied to welded joints, periodic inspections of equipment and structures, and other industrial components.
